"FAIL-SAFE" Steam & Cold Water Mixer
- The Steamaster 2000 Series instant hot water
makers were designed to safely blend steam
and cold water together to provide hot water on
demand. - Wherever there is a need for hot water to
washdown floors, process equipment, vessels,
vats or vehicles, the Steamaster can supply the
hot water you need at a temperature you select,
and deliver it safely. Should the cold water fail,
the steam is instantly shut-off. - All units are furnished with control valves, a dial
thermometer, in-line check valves, hose rack,
mounting plate, and mounting hardware.

disperses the steam

On Cold Water Failure, the
steam is instantly shut- off.
This is accomplished with
a spring loaded resilient
seated valve that closes
when there is no water
pressure. The resilient seat
gives you zero leakage,
reduces excessive seat
wear, and helps prevent
sticking due to the build up
of hard water deposits on
the seating surfaces.

S-151 Full Size Nozzle
- Heavy-Duty Bronze and stainless steel construction insure
an extended life under long-term severe service conditions. - Aluminum model light weight with bronze and stainless
steel wetted parts. - Our Stainless Steel model is constructed of all stainless
steel components for the highest corrosion resist - Variable Spray -Adjusts from soft spray to solid stream by
simply depressing the lever. - Conserves water. Upon release of the lever, operator is
assured of drip-tight shut-off. - Specially formulated rubber-cover is resistant to a wide
range of oils and chemicals, and has ozone resistant
properties. - Replaceable heavy-duty rubber cover protects both nozzle
and surrounding equipment from dings and scratches. - Swivel hose adaptor allows hose to rotate 360º for easy
handling. (Specify hose I.D.) - Rear-mounted lever eases operation on extended periods
of use, and prevents cramping of the fingers. - Stainless steel seats are furnished on all spray nozzles.

S-151- Junior Size Nozzle
A HEAVY DUTY NOZZLE DOESN'T HAVE TO BE BIG AND HEAVY!
- Almost half the weight of our standard nozzle.
- Downsized by 25% to accomodate smaller hands.
- The "Junior" is constructed of branze & stainless steel, and although smaller
it will withstand the abuse and punishment common to the industrial
environment. - Same exeptional cleaning capability with a substantial reduction in GPM. A
real water saver.
